City Administrator

Understanding this can be difficult. The CA is literally an administrator. You keep the city organised, and make broadcasts in order to do so. The city is controlled by the combine. It is their city. You were only installed to keep up propaganda for the combine.They do not tell CP what to do because they aren't tools of your job, although the higher rank CPs can override the administator's authority.

It's just the puppet of the Combine.

P.S : Do not compare to Breen , Breen is the Earth administrator not the city adminsitrator . Also you are in the nexus not the citadel.

We had our meeting today - we talked about several topics and we finally came to the donation part.
No one of us could take donations, a community without donations wont work.
We decided to close BOFORS.
